1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 747link platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and customer support services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 747link, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 747link, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 747link or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.

747link reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on 747link. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Notifying 747link immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that no person under the age of 21 has access to your account or device while logged in.

747link will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

747link supports a range of payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
• 747link does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash under normal operating conditions, subject to verification requirements.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 747link account.
• 747link reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the player's account dashboard.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

747link offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 747link reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 747link platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one player account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 747link staff members.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 747link platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 747link or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent.
• Use any 747link trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use platform content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 747link shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any losses arising from your participation in games or sports betting activities.

747link's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

747link reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

Upon termination of an account for cause, 747link reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and won funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11 Privacy & Data Protection
